
In order to be a great leader, one must understand what it takes to be a leader. Defining a Leader leadership training will give attendees the knowledge necessary to understand what it takes to be an effective leader.
This training focuses on developing and improving supervisory skills. This leadership training is in an interactive form of training which can be conducted on-site though our Onsite Training Program. Defining a Leader training is designed to be a full day of interactive training. This training is designed to be interactive with role play throughout the training.
