Defining A Leader
This training focuses on developing and improving supervisory skills. This leadership training is in an interactive form of training which can be conducted on-site though our Onsite Training Program. Defining a Leader training is designed to be a full day of interactive training.
This training is designed to be interactive with role play throughout the training. Attendees will learn the difference between being a supervisor and being a leader. During this training, we will over the following nine (9) topics.

- 12 Principals of Leadership
- Empowering Staff
- Building Morale
- Staff Wellness Through Leadership
- Staff Retention
- Leading Together
- Other topics as determined appropriate
At Pursuit of Excellence, we do not believe Leadership Training is just a one time event. We will continue to work with and mentor attendees for six (6) months following the training. We meet, either through an online meeting or by phone, with attendees monthly who complete the academy.
