The Pursuit of Excellence Training and Consulting Services is comprised of correctional and law enforcement professionals who have many years of experience working in the field. Our experience comes from working with agencies such as yours.
We have provided training in policy and procedure development and review, leadership, use of force review, accreditation through the American Correctional Associations (ACA), Commission on Accreditation of Law Enforcement Agencies (CALEA), International Association of Campus Law Enforcement Administrators (IACLEA), and the National Commission on Correctional Health Care (NCCHC). |

We offer a Onsite Training Program where we bring the training to your agency and personalize the training to meet your agency needs.
There are many benefits to our Onsite Training Program. Our Onsite Training Program offers agencies the same training we offer at our Training Summits, but we are able to tailor the training to the specific needs of your agency. Our Onsite Training Program will save your agency time and money by our staff traveling to your agency to hold the training. You will also benefit by having more personalized training based on your agency's specific needs and requests. In addition, we will work with your agency's staff by sending a survey to see what questions, concerns and needs your agency may have. We then include that information in our training provided to your agency through our Onsite Training Program.
