Defining a Leader Training Series
If you are a new supervisor or leader, currently serve in a leadership or supervisory role, or looking to gain a leadership position, then you will want to attend the Defining a Leader Training offered by Pursuit of Excellence Training. Though most of Pursuit of Excellence Training events are designed for law enforcement or correctional fields, this training is designed for any company, agency, or just someone who wants to have a better understanding of what it take to be an effective leader.
Defining a Leader is a two-part training series which will take place on April 11th and 13th from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 pm. This training is essential for those who are current supervisors from first line leadership to command staff. During this training, attendees will learn the 12 principles of being an effective leader and how an effective leader sets the tone for the agency or company. Attendees will learn the difference between a “supervisor” or “manager” and a being a “Leader”. Attendees who complete this training will have a better understanding of how to engage staff through effective and professional leadership. |
