In order to be a great leader, one must understand what it takes to be a leader. Defining a Leader leadership training will give attendees the knowledge necessary to understand what it takes to be an effective leader. This training focuses on developing and improving supervisory skills. This leadership training is in an interactive form of training which can be conducted on-site though our Onsite Training Program. This training is interactive with interactive role play throughout the training. Attendees will learn the difference between being a supervisor and being a leader. During this training, we will over the 12 principles of leadership which is a must in order to be an effective leader. We will also cover how leaders set the tone for the agency/business.
